Overall we're happy with this stand and are glad we bought it.

Pros:

Looks exactly as expected

Easy to assemble

Strong - I believe that it could hold 100 lbs

Cons:

2 corners were dinged badly (no big deal since we could move the dinged side to the rear)

The 5.25 clearance underneath is very misleading. The 5.25 is the top of the base to the bottom, it includes the thickness of the wood. I thought I would easily be able to stack a cable box and a blu ray player underneath, but was only able to do so once I pried the rubber legs off of my cable box.

according to the measurements... i got it home and its just a little smaller. not that big of a deal but still a concern. You cant fit a PS3 and directV side by side under it
